Business development Manager (sr.)

Your profile:

• In order to further develop our organization and to ensure our growth, you have:
• knowledge of preferably  Mechanics/ Electronics/ Mechatronics engineering and you are able to identify, understand and translate the  customer needs into business opportunities
• worked at a leading  OEM, or system supplier, within the High Tech industry
• a proven track record in the complete chain of activities from initial customer contact to closing the deal
• a strategic and structured approach; you are able to map potential customers based on market value, development budget and value add to the Segula organization
• a partnership approach; building relations and using your network will be essential in your role
• the potential to further shape and built the Business development department

In order to perform well within your role and our organization, we believe that you are a:

• communicative person with an outgoing personality
• tenacious,  persuasive and insightful sparring partner to the Management team and to our customers
• Bachelor or MSC graduate with more then 5 years of work experience
• business networker

You will report to the Managing Director from SEGULA in the Netherlands and in the future, by proven capability you will be responsible for your own team of business development and sales persons.
