The arrival of a new team member is an important step in the consultant career’s and a boundary for SEGULA Technologies.
 

It´s the culmination of a process in which we have identified someone who shares the group values, with high potential and in whom we believe. All employees are involved in their own career plan which is reviewed every six months.


After the Career Plan is established there is an evaluation of each consultant in order to design a development plan for the next semester. In this Career Plan are outlined goals in the short and long term and the expectations of each employee is registered and accountable.


It is this information that underpins the career management of SEGULA Technologies.
